Our goal was to find VP of Real Estate responsible for driving and executing the brand’s growth plans.  This was a newly created position responsible for pursuing quality sites for new unit development and market expansion.  But also needed to fit the brand beyond the required skill set of this leader, they needed to fit the unique brand culture for Velvet taco where “anything goes meets the art of the possible.”
